Refund Policy

Karl’s Executive Taxis and Airport Transfers operates a clear refund policy. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, customer no-shows, and completed journeys are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued if a booking is cancelled by us due to driver or vehicle unavailability, service failure, or where an incorrect or duplicate charge has been made.

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, airport delays, or incorrect booking details provided by the customer.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are normally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
