Terms & Conditions

By booking with Karl’s Executive Taxis and Airport Transfers, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and accurate information being provided. Prices are agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, customer no-shows, and completed journeys are non-refundable.

 

Refunds may be issued only where a booking is cancelled by us due to driver or vehicle unavailability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or airport delays beyond our control. Liability is limited to the fare paid. Passengers must behave safely and respectfully; damage or excessive soiling may be charged.

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
